MACS Supporting Children and Young People - Prison Resettlement Support

If you are aged 16-25 and are homeless, at risk of homelessness/need help maintaining your tenancy, and have experience with criminal justice – Our Prison Resettlement Team can help you.

  • Floating Support in the Community

 

Referral

  • Self-referral
  • Various organisations/services

Priority is given to cases with high need. Should there be a waiting list, a young person will not be on this for longer than three months.
