South West Age Partnership (SWAP) is the network organisation for people aged 60+ in the Fermanagh & Omagh District Council area.

Services:

Funding for Older People’s groups
Support/organise Active Living projects
Provide activities at home or in local venues
Governance support for groups
Signposting to relevant services
Advice/guidance
Platform for the voices of local older people, lobbying, promote age friendly initiatives and so much more.
