When our mental and emotional health is well, it gives us resilience to overcome life’s pressures. But when our mental health is struggling, so does our capacity to cope with everyday life. Something we once felt unfazed by is suddenly challenging and our ability to perform in work, to be a parent, friend or partner, starts to feel difficult.
