Reflect on and feel deeply…
-
Reflect on your day and acknowledge a time somebody has helped you. This could be somebody listening to you deeply, giving you a lift, making you a cuppa, being kind, checking in with you….
-
Reflect on the benefits this brought to your day.
-
Reflect on the cost to the helper such as money, time, or effort.
-
Focus on the helper's intentions behind this behaviour. Maybe it is because they care about you, want the best for you or want to support you.
