Sit comfortably and lengthen the spine

  1. Tuck your right middle and index finger towards the palm of your hand
  2. Close your right nostril with your thumb and inhale through the left nostril.
  3. Close your left nostril with your ring finger, open the right nostril and exhale through the right nostril.
  4. Inhale through the right nostril, close it, open the left nostril and exhale through the left nostril.

This is one cycle.

  • Continue for up to 5 minutes. To make it even more relaxing – lengthen your exhales.
